Maisternia

      UNIGHT in collaboration with Jägermeister, has launched a free educational initiative in event production. This program is designed for promoters, managers, creative directors, curators, sound engineers, lighting designers, bookers, and anyone dreaming of a career in the music events industry and seeking essential skills to work in this field.

      Maisternia is an educational program combining lectures, hands-on sessions with assignments, and feedback workshops, focusing on two key areas: Technical Production and Event Management & Creative Direction.

      This initiative aims to support the growth of Ukraine’s music industry and club culture by creating a platform for knowledge exchange between industry professionals and the next generation of specialists. Maisternia brings together representatives of iconic events, venues, and institutions — including Rhythm Buro, Laboratorium, Brudnyi Pes, ∄, Keller, Some People, and HVLV — to share their expertise and insights into the world of music events.
